With International Women’s Day this March, what better time to celebrate the incredible achievements of women at all levels of the FASTSIGNS network?
The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is, “Accelerate Action”, something we’re proud to do, within FASTSIGNS. Did you know 84% of our internal award winners at our last convention in November, were women? Or that our own Global CEO, Catherine Monson, is one of the world’s most celebrated female business leaders?
From franchise owners to essential team members at our +790 centres, around the world, women are proving time and time again they’re key contributors to our franchise and fantastic leaders.
Throughout our history as a franchise, we’ve seen a welcome increase in women attracted to modern franchise models, as well as a surge in the number of women joining the FASTSIGNS network. There are many reasons for this, including the progressive changes in society which empower women to choose careers to suit them.

By balancing the management of complex projects with nurturing relationships with clients, she’s an invaluable part of the leadership team.
Ches Munro, Signage & Brand Consultant at FASTSIGNS Tunbridge Wells: Winner of the 2024 Rising Star of the Year Award, Ches’ innovative thinking and creativity, coupled with her dedication to driving sales and adapting to change, makes her a shining example and someone pushing the boundaries of signage design.
Rosie Lees, Visual Communications Consultant at FASTSIGNS St Albans: After only joining us in February 2024, Rosie has already made a name for herself as a natural leader by securing the highest level of sales in the network and scooping herself the Newcomer of the Year Award.
